Hence, neo-natal care refers to the care given to infants from the time of delivery up till the first month.The course provides both theory and practical sessions. The first year’s syllabus comprises of the basic structure and functioning of NICU, Housekeeping and Infection Prevention, Clinical Skills, Basic Communication & Interpersonal skills and Moral Education.
